Ekta organised its second event and the first of its kind for the youths in Chümoukedima, an original solo song competition on January 12. The competition was based on the theme ‘Tell me a story.’

The judges for the evening were Tuden Jamir (Indie-Pop Singer songwriter & VIMA nominee), Sanen Kichu (Owner of Sans production & Co-founder of The Recurrent), Imtisenla (Singer-songwriter, Runners up at the Orpheus hunt, 2011, winner of Kohima Inter-ward solo competition, 2011).The highlight of the evening was Tuden Jamir performing one of his originals.

A total of eight participated in the competition where Imlimenla Jamir (18 year old from Patkai Christian College) with original titled “How I wish” bagged the winning position.
